Can I open the package before paying?

Absolutely! We want you to shop with 100% confidence. You are welcome to open the package and inspect the fabric, color, and quality of your piece (Khimar, Niqab, or Dress) before handing any payment to the courier.

What if the product doesn’t meet my expectations?

If you feel the item isn't the right fit for you after inspection, you can simply hand it back to the courier on the spot. No questions asked.

Are there any fees if I decide not to take the order?

If you choose to return the order during the inspection, you will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees to cover the delivery service cost.

Can I try the dress on (Fitting) at the door?

To ensure the hygiene and pristine condition of our garments for all our customers, we allow visual inspection only (checking material, color, and finish). If the size isn't perfect, don't worry—we offer a very flexible 14-day exchange policy.

Shipping Within Egypt:

Cairo & Giza: 2 business days.
Other Governorates: 3 business days.
Remote Areas: (Matrouh, North & South Sinai, New Valley, Red Sea) within 7 business days.

International Shipping:

Arab Countries: Within a maximum of 6 business days.
Rest of the World: Delivery time depends on the destination and is available upon request.
